Kol Nidre Sermon 2019 - Rabbi Aaron Bisno
I collaborated with a Pittsburgh Rabbi to revitalize and repackage a years-old sermon into a concise, potent, and relevant YouTube video. I created a full transcript, which the client reviewed, edited by hand, and returned it for implementation. I subtly implemented cuts, reordered footage, and placed transitions with intention, working creatively within the limitation of a single camera angle. I also added bumpers and mitigated audio and color issues, focusing on clarity without compromising the authenticity of the original delivery.
The result is a more focused, technically polished sermon that that flows naturally, speaks directly from the heart, and remains strikingly relevant today, despite having been recorded in 2019 — before the pandemic, January 6th, or more recent political events in the US.
Authenticity is the key to success on YouTube in 2026. I work with faith-based organizations, nonprofits, educators and civic leaders, using my visual storytelling skills to amplify messages and optimize them for YouTube and social media.
